This is a personal project I started a few weeks ago after seeing a stock image of a living room on google images while looking for inspiration. I decided to take the room and the furniture in it and recreate it some months into a global disaster where it had been repurposed by survivors in need of shelter. I wanted to try and convey more of a narrative with the items in the room as well. All the assets were created in 3DS Max and Zbrush, with some unwrapping done in 3D Coat. I used substance painter and Photoshop for texturing. Assets have been rendered within Substance Painter and Unreal Engine 4. As always there are tweaks I would sit and make over and over again with this scene but I have decided to move on for the moment. I also have several other assets I would like to add into this scene (Rucksack, Shotgun, First aid supplies) at a later date but I am keen to move onto other ideas at this time.
